Action Replay Firmware 1.71 (Pokemon B&W)

Os quisiera preguntar 
si teneis el mismo problema 
No me deja actualizar el Action Replay 1.54 a 1.71 No puedo
poner cheats en mi Pokemon Blanco (SP) ](/foro/static/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "](*,)")
Aqui está la guía oficial de como se actualiza 
Hice todo bién, lo que está claro es que el archivo no es el adecuado 
O es que como que tengo el Action Replay 1.54 ya no es compatible con la nueva actualización 1.71? 
Estuve leyendo en varios sitios
y dale don dale, tienen el mismo problema y no saben como solucionar 
nisiquiera DATEL da palabras sobre el tema...

.If the Code Manager PC software returns an error stating that the downloaded file is not a firmware file, then unfortunately, you have an older version of the Action Replay cartridge that is not compatible with the latest firmware update. If your hardware cartridge is not compatible with the firmware update, you will not be able to use the DS Action Replay with Pokémon Black, Pokémon White and some other newer games.
